My grandmother, Betty, would design a new border in her own garden for each of her new grandchildren. Full of roses, secret pathways and sweet smelling herbs I spent many hours there watching, learning and exploring. Her knowledge of plants, their unique fragrances and beauty ignited my own passion for gardening.
